About The Position
The Dietary Aide supports meal preparation, serving, and delivery while maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized kitchen. The role contributes to quality nutrition services and resident satisfaction, and includes cleaning dining rooms and work areas. The position assists with meal preparation according to menus and standardized recipes, meal service and tray delivery to residents, proper food and supply storage, stock rotation, and compliance with food safety, infection control, survey, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Knowledge of food service safety and sanitation.
- Customer service skills.
- Organizational and teamwork skills.
- Communication abilities to support staff and residents.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities
