About The Position

Iva Post Acute is seeking a Dietary Aide to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to provide an extraordinary dining experience and develop meaningful relationships with residents. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with people and is an experienced Dietary Aide/server.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to engage professionally with residents and their family members is a must
• Desire to be part of a team who works hard to maintain a good culture

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience is preferred but not essential
• Experience in a healthcare facility is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals.
• Ensure residents receive appropriate items for each meal in accordance with their dietary needs.
• Record temperatures to ensure the safety of food and equipment.
• Ensure the kitchen and dietary equipment is clean and sanitized.
• Wash dishes.
• Clean kitchens.
• Remove trash.
• Close kitchens.
