Requirements

• Previous food service experience is preferred (healthcare or senior living experience is a plus)
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Compassion and patience when working with older adults
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift

Responsibilities

• Prepare therapeutic desserts and salads according to menu requirements
• Serve meals to residents in our Health Center
• Set up and reset dining room tables for meal service
• Transport hot and cold food, supplies, and dining essentials safely throughout the community
• Stock dining areas and maintain department standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitary
• Support a positive dining experience while embodying our CARES values
