About The Position
The Dietary Aide serves meals, snacks, and beverages to residents while considering their dietary preferences and restrictions. The role prepares dining areas to provide a clean, welcoming setting for meals and social gatherings, and helps keep the kitchen sanitary and organized in compliance with safety and sanitation protocols. The Dietary Aide interacts with residents compassionately, reflecting the values of love, compassion, and dignity.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Complete ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of starting.
- Demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Serve high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages while considering residents’ dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Prepare dining areas to provide a clean and welcoming environment for meals and resident social gatherings.
- Help maintain a sanitary and organized kitchen and comply with safety and sanitation protocols.
