About The Position

The Dietary Aide works as a health team member committed to the nutritional care of patients and the provision of quality meals for café customers. The role assembles and serves cold foods for patient trays, prepares and serves cafeteria cold foods and hot beverages, performs cashier duties, and maintains cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas.

This is a part-time position scheduled for 16 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The wage range is $19.47 to $31.31 per hour; actual pay is based on applicable experience. The position is not benefits eligible and is covered by Teamsters.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state-certified food handlers permit.

Nice To Haves

• Serv-Safe Certification through the National Restaurant Association.
• Previous food service experience.
