The Dietary Aide - Server assists with food preparation, food service, and general duties of the dietary department. This position is responsible for preparing food, serving meals, snacks, and beverages, delivering meals to residents, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area, cleaning utensils and dishes, ensuring proper food storage and rotation, and following facility safety and infection control practices. The role also involves courteously interacting with residents, visitors, and staff, resetting the dining room, storing food and supplies, and attending training and staff meetings.
