The Dietary Aide General Purpose is to fulfill dietary needs on an as-needed basis according to the activity of the shift. This role reports to the Cook and Dietary Supervisor. The position involves learning food service routines, setting up meal trays, dishwashing, assisting with meal service, preparing nourishments and snacks, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and participating in staff training. The role requires cooperation with personnel in all departments.
