About The Position
The Diet Clerk performs clinical support functions under the direction of the dietitian. The role supports approval of therapeutic menu selections and helps ensure patient trays are accurate and served at appropriate temperatures.
Requirements
- County-specific Food Handlers certification is required upon hire and must be kept current.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree in Food Science or Nutrition preferred.
- One year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred.
Responsibilities
