About The Position
Sunset Chevrolet-Buick-GMC, a proud member of the Sunset Automotive Group family of dealerships, has an immediate opening for an experienced, Master Diesel Technician. This is a new car dealership group of choice in our area, locally and family-owned and operated, offering consistency and stability with long-tenured managers. The position offers very competitive flat-rate pay with consistent, year-round work and outstanding earning potential. The facility is large, recently expanded to add more bays, and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and multiple machines to limit waiting. Sunset Automotive Group understands the value of its service team. Sign-On Bonus is available to qualified candidates with dealership diesel experience. Requirements
- Dealership Experience and Certifications preferred, especially with heavy-duty/trucks.
- GM Dealership experience preferred.
- Must have diesel experience in a new car/truck dealership; GM experience preferred
- Good diagnostic skills
- Flexibility for all types of work
- Own tools
- Valid driver's license
- Verifiable work history
- Ability to engage in heavy lifting
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to continue your education
- ASE and/or GM certifications preferred
Nice To Haves
