About The Position

All Roads Ford Trucks in Upper Marlboro is hiring a Diesel Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks. If you like solving problems with your hands and take pride in accurate, efficient work, you’ll make an immediate impact on our team. Ford or Kenworth experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing diesel vehicles
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Work Authorization: All Roads Trucks does not provide H-1B sponsorship.
• No security clearance required.

Nice To Haves

• Ford or Kenworth experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus)
• Maintain precise, detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used
• Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
