About The Position
Costy's Energy Services is currently looking for a Diesel Maintenance Tech in our Muncy location. This role is for an in-house fleet mechanic who is knowledgeable in engine repair, safety oriented, has a positive attitude and is a team player.
Requirements
- Must furnish own small general tools
- Experience in shop maintenance
- Ability to meet physical demands of Job
- Acceptable driving record
Nice To Haves
- Prefer working knowledge of truck air, vac pump, water tanks, and electrical systems (willing to train)
- CDL License Preferred but not required
- Operate Trucks / Forklifts
Responsibilities
- Comply with all safety procedures and DOT requirements
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on company tractors/ trailers
- Responsible for completion of all service requests as assigned
- Troubleshoot and repair tractor / trailers in an efficient and timely manner
- Ability to work independently
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Other duties assigned by management
- Complete daily paperwork and safety trainings as needed
