About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to perform routine maintenance and repair on diesel engines and vehicles. This role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting inspections, and performing preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will be proficient in repairing or replacing faulty parts, using diagnostic tools, and maintaining accurate records of all work performed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines and vehicle systems
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Diesel engine repair: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities
