About The Position

Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics Wanted! Locations: Muskego and Hartland. Position Type: Full-Time Do you have a passion for big rigs, heavy equipment, and solving complex mechanical puzzles? If you’re ready to bring your tools, your talent, and your drive to a team that actually appreciates your expertise, we want to talk to you! We are looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to keep our fleet of heavy-duty diesel trucks, CNG, gas, and electrically operated equipment running smoothly and safely across Southeastern Wisconsin.

Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED.
At least one (1) year of hands-on experience as a diesel mechanic.
Computer literacy is a must—you should be eager to learn our software systems and stay updated on the latest industry tech.
You can frequently lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds and handle the active, loud environment of a bustling repair shop.
You possess, provide, and maintain the essential tools needed to perform heavy/hydraulic equipment maintenance.
A strong commitment to safety regulations and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.

Nice To Haves

A technical diploma is definitely a plus!
Entry Level/Intermediate Exp Fine (for 2nd shift in Hartland)

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and rebuild heavy-duty diesel trucks and rolling stock.
Utilize cutting-edge diagnostic software alongside classic power and hand tools to solve operational riddles.
Plan and schedule repairs using our M5 planner, procure parts, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Assist in training and orienting new team members, sharing your knowledge to help the crew grow.
