About The Position

Heavy Equipment Mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of specialized utility vehicles in shop mainly, and in field service environments on occasion. Factory and OEM training is offered upon hire. Mechanics with backgrounds working on heavy trucks, heavy equipment, and or utility vehicles (sweepers, refuse/garbage trucks, snow plows, etc.) are preferred.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic.
  • Degree in Diesel Technology/Diesel Technician or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Welding/fabrication experience.
  • Valid driver's license with clean record

Nice To Haves

  • CDL B preferred, not required
  • Backgrounds working on heavy trucks, heavy equipment, and or utility vehicles (sweepers, refuse/garbage trucks, snow plows, etc.) are preferred.
