About The Position

Join Titan Machinery as a Case IH Diesel Mechanic, using your expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel machinery. The role focuses on accurate, efficient work performed to manufacturer specifications, along with clear communication with the service team and customers. You will participate in ongoing technical training, identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and department profitability, and follow safety requirements. Requirements

At least 2 years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or a related program.
Ability to travel to offsite training facilities as needed.
Must have own tools.
Keen attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and ability to work independently.
Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and recondition machine systems and components according to manufacturer specifications.
Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers.
Provide timely and courteous service.
Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities.
Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability.
Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments.
