Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on diesel fuel trucks, boom trucks, and related equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and drivability issues to ensure safe and reliable vehicle operation. Service and repair brake systems, suspensions, transmissions, steering components, and emissions systems. Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fuel pumping and fuel transfer equipment installed on trucks. Review and respond to Vehicle Condition Reports (VCRs), completing all required maintenance and repairs in a timely manner. Accurately document inspections, maintenance, repairs, and parts used in accordance with company procedures. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all company safety policies and applicable regulations. Use diagnostic tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment to efficiently identify and resolve equipment issues. Communicate effectively with supervisors and operations personnel regarding equipment status, repair needs, and maintenance schedules. Perform other duties as assigned to support fleet maintenance operations.
