About The Position

All Roads Ford in Upper Marlboro, MD has an air conditioned state of the art facility and is ready for you to join our team as a Diesel Technician. Use your mechanical skills to diagnose, service, and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks. Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to efficient, accurate work are essential. Experience with Ford vehicles is preferred.

Requirements

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing diesel vehicles
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Work Authorization: All Roads Trucks does not provide H-1B sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Ford vehicles is preferred.
• CDK experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus)
• Maintain precise, detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used
• Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
