Requirements

• Hands-on mechanical experience (construction equipment, diesel, agricultural, small engine, or similar machinery preferred)
• Working knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems.
• Ability to read schematics and follow service manuals with little direction.
• A self-starter attitude: dependable, takes ownership, and knows when to ask questions.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Bobcat or other compact equipment experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventative maintenance and routine repairs on skid steers, compact track loaders, mini excavators, and other compact equipment.
• Install and replace tracks and undercarriage components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Use diagnostic tools, laptops, schematics, and service manuals to find and fix equipment problems.
• Keep accurate service records, including labor time, parts used, and repair notes.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
