About The Position
Courtesy Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Diesel Apprentice Technician eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in diesel repair and maintenance. This role is perfect for individuals with basic mechanical knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a desire to become a full diesel technician.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in diesel engines
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility
- Basic tool set preferred

Responsibilities
- Assist senior diesel technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
- Perform basic services such as oil changes, filter replacements, inspections, and lubrication
- Learn to diagnose engine, electrical, and drivetrain issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety procedures and shop standards
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
