About The Position
Diamond Graphics is hiring an experienced Die Cutter Operator for its production team in Ramsey, Minnesota. The role involves setting up and operating industrial die-cutting equipment, making adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency, troubleshooting equipment and setup issues, inspecting finished products, following safety procedures, and keeping the work area clean. Experience with Bobst, Brausse, Sanwa, or similar equipment is valuable, but operating the company’s exact machines is not required. The position pays $23–$28 per hour based on experience, plus a $0.50-per-hour second-shift differential. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 1:45 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.
