Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to read and follow production instructions and specifications.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and safely perform physical job requirements.

Nice To Haves

1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
Previous experience operating die-cutting or similar production equipment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and quality focus.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate Bobst and die-cutting equipment to meet production and quality requirements.
Review job tickets and production specifications before each job.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed during production.
Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Complete production documentation and tracking forms accurately.
Identify equipment issues and coordinate maintenance support when necessary.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety, quality, security, and operational procedures.
Support production goals by minimizing waste, downtime, and rework.
