About The Position

Kawasaki Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to support operations in our Aluminum Die Casting facility. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across die casting, machining, and robotic systems. You’ll play a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Completion of vocational training or formal maintenance apprenticeship program OR Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and electrical systems
  • Basic math and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Successful completion of maintenance skills testing and interview process
  • Ability to meet post-offer requirements, including drug screen and physical

Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on production equipment
  • Maintain and repair die casting, machining, and robotic systems as needed
  • Conduct routine equipment audits to support safety and reliability
  • Follow established procedures and safety standards within assigned areas
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Comply with all applicable systems and processes
