About The Position

VRAI is seeking a Part-Time Diamond Sales Expert to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at building customer relationships and creating memorable experiences for significant life events. The position involves selling sustainably created diamonds and contributing to the growth of the VRAI brand within a dynamic team environment. The role is fully on-site with a weekly schedule of Friday through Sunday.

Requirements

Proven ability to close sales in a high-volume e-commerce or retail environment.
Mandatory history of selling diamonds.
Strong background in jewelry.
Must be independent, motivated, and well-organized.
Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be compassionate, positive, and patient.
Must be highly technologically savvy.
Must be available to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, totaling 24 hours weekly.

Nice To Haves

Certified Gemologists from a reputable institution are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing personalized consultations that showcase sustainably created diamonds and VRAI jewelry, and follow up to finalize sales.
Serve as a brand ambassador for VRAI and its values, assisting clients with jewelry selection, diamond education, jewelry care, and company policies (returns, upgrades, resizes, etc.).
Drive sales and contribute to company growth by managing a calendar of virtual and in-person appointments, overseeing the lead pipeline, and nurturing leads.
Collaborate with a team of high-performing luxury sales professionals to deliver exceptional service both remotely and in the showroom.
Work with other showroom and virtual sales team members on clienteling and custom design projects.
Partner with the broader sales team on clienteling, sharing customer trends and product feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
Collaborate with VRAI marketing and product teams on product launches, in-store events, press days, activations, and influencer hosting.
