About The Position

Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC) is seeking an experienced Dialysis Technician to join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals providing exceptional renal care throughout the greater Seattle region. This position supports chronic in-center dialysis operations across multiple clinic locations and offers the opportunity to work within a patient-focused organization committed to excellence in kidney care. The Dialysis Technician will provide direct patient care to individuals receiving renal dialysis treatment under the supervision of a Registered Staff Nurse while adhering to established clinical protocols and safety standards.

Requirements

• Current CHT or CCHT certification required
• Current Washington State MA-HT certification required or ability to obtain
• Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association required
• Previous dialysis experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of dialysis technician experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to dialysis patients during treatment sessions
• Prepare and monitor dialysis equipment and treatment stations
• Obtain and document patient vital signs and treatment data
• Observe patients during dialysis and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety standards
• Assist with patient education and support throughout treatment
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
• Float between assigned clinic locations as needed
