About The Position
Exciting opportunity to join a team of highly motivated and energized professionals. Must be able to function at a high level with little oversight on a Full-Time basis. We are open Monday-Friday.
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- BS/AA/diploma in nursing
- BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds is required
- This is a safety-sensitive position
Nice To Haves
- 6 months of RN experience strongly preferred
- 3 months of hemodialysis experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- schedule
- provide nursing care, training, and home support (as needed)
- work collaboratively with team members, and skilled nursing home facility representatives
- collect and record relevant patient health data (EMR)
- develop patient care plans
