About The Position
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join their team as Dialysis Registered Nurses (RNs). This role focuses on providing individualized care to patients with chronic kidney disease in a comfortable clinical setting with a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio. The Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team, ensuring safe care and high-quality outcomes for every patient.

Responsibilities
- Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
- Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
- Document required patient education efforts
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance
- Lead a small patient care team
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
- Additional tasks as requested
