About The Position

DaVita is seeking a full-time Dilaysis Registered Nurse (RN) - FLOAT who is looking to give life in an Outpatient Dialysis Center! This position will support/FLOAT to multiple DaVita Dialysis facilities throughout the Region. The ideal candidate must be comfortable floating between locations within a 30 to 40-minute radius of the Yonkers, NY area.

Requirements

• RN license in the state of practice
• At least 6+ months dialysis experience is required
• ADN required
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation for potential floating

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
• Float to nearby clinics in Region as needed
