About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. The role oversees treatment, guides clinical staff, and ensures high standards of care and safety. The position is based at 518 Knorr Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19111, United States of America, and requires dialysis experience.

The Clinical Coordinator works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, coordinating patient care and outcomes while supporting patients and their families. The position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• At least 18 months of RN experience, including at least 6 months of dialysis experience.
• Charge RN readiness approval required.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) required.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience.
• CNN or CDN certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes.
• Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs.
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery.
