About The Position

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to coordinate the administrative and clinical aspects of its home dialysis program, including home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The nurse communicates with patients and support staff to help ensure high standards of individualized care and collaborates with the medical and interdisciplinary care teams.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with on-call duties as needed. After training, the work location will mainly be in the Freehold/Monroe area, with occasional days at the New Brunswick clinic. The stated pay range is $42–$57 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience. DCI offers paid training and a mission-driven environment focused on patient relationships and kidney care.

Requirements

• Accredited nursing degree.
• Current New Jersey RN license.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the medical team on patient care concerns, hospitalizations, discharges, and modality changes.
• Coordinate home training sessions, clinic visits, patient care conferences, home visits, and clinical and educational activities to support efficient use of nursing hours and program facilities.
• Monitor patient supply ordering and usage while maintaining quality care.
• Communicate regularly with the interdisciplinary care team about home program activities.
• Monitor ongoing patient care parameters.
• Perform registered nurse functions and duties.
• Create and maintain records, patient training documentation, and other documentation in accordance with ESRD Network and regulatory requirements, DCI's CQI program, and facility policies and procedures.
