The role also involves ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, promoting quality management, and overseeing the maintenance of equipment and supplies. Furthermore, the Administrator is responsible for staff development, personnel management, and fostering positive relationships with medical directors, physicians, hospitals, agencies, vendors, and the community.
