Dialysis Certified Patient Care Technician
About The Position
DaVita Kidney Care is bringing its industry-leading clinical quality to patients on-site at skilled nursing facilities (SNF) through a new team called DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care in an independent setting, monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. The PCT will work in conjunction with dialysis RNs to provide dialysis care. The position is based at our site dialysis den in the Hudson Springs SNF and may support additional surrounding sites depending on business needs. Operations function Monday through Saturday, with scheduled days varying based on market needs. This is a complex but fulfilling service line where meeting and/or exceeding clinical outcomes are the goals, and multitasking is an expectation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MUST BE OCDT CERTIFIED
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook

Responsibilities
