About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a remote Diagnostics Recruiter to join our team! This role involves managing the end-to-end recruiting process for identifying and assessing internal and external talent using creative and proactive methods for approximately 50-70 requisitions at any given time. The recruiter will develop a strong understanding of the Labcorp business, competitive landscape, and overall strategy to increase business partnership and recruiting effectiveness. They will partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to drive the recruitment process by setting expectations and maintaining consistent internal and external communication. Building strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their functions and key business goals, and proactively partnering to determine current and future talent requirements is crucial. Maintaining a strong external network to create partnerships that yield a pipeline of key talent for current and future hiring needs is also a key responsibility. The role requires meeting and achieving weekly and monthly recruiting metrics on a consistent basis, recruiting in adherence with OFCCP regulations and procedures to ensure compliance, and providing relevant updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager during weekly meetings and as needed. Other duties include logging all notes and actions in the Applicant Tracking System in a timely and accurate manner, assisting the Talent Acquisition Coordinator with onboarding related matters when necessary, providing ad hoc reporting, escalating urgent matters, and performing other administrative duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 5 or more years of full life-cycle recruitment experience within the healthcare industry
  • Prior utilization of productivity tools to manage recruitment desk (Microsoft Office, OneNote etc.)
  • Experience using creative sourcing techniques, with the ability to build and maintain a network of top-tier talent
  • Proven ability to deliver against the following metrics: time-to-fill, retention, number of positions filled, and diversity of candidate slates
  • Thorough understanding of employment law and legal compliance issues related to the interview and selection process
  • Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task

  • Experience following OCFFP regulations
  • Relevant Recruiter certifications preferred (AIRS Professional Recruiter, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter)
