About The Position
Join Our Growing Ophthalmology Team! FVCL is a leading ophthalmology clinic specializing in eye disease and surgeries using advanced technology. Our nationally recognized team of ophthalmologists has extensive clinical experience in a wide range of ocular services, including MSP-covered exams and surgeries, as well as private lens surgeries and LASIK. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic clinic and surgical centre!

Responsibilities
- Greeting patients in person, over the phone, and via email in a professional and informative manner
- Billing, invoicing, and receiving payments
- Booking and coordinating patient appointments
- Providing attentive care and support to physicians and patients
- Tracking patient lab results and scheduling follow-ups
- Giving patients detailed instructions for lab tests
- Using the Accuro EMR system
- Working collaboratively with physicians and colleagues
- Supporting the development and implementation of clinic systems and processes
- Assisting physicians with their daily requirements
