Requirements

• Previous experience as an automotive diagnostic technician required
• Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
• Ability to troubleshoot complex repair concerns efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Nice To Haves

• Hyundai or Kia certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repair on vehicle electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and mechanical systems
• Accurately identify root causes of customer concerns using diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure timely communication and exceptional customer satisfaction
• Perform inspections and recommend additional repairs or maintenance as needed
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
• Stay current on Hyundai systems, technology, and manufacturer standards
