Requirements

• Hyundai factory training and/or Hyundai certification required
• Previous experience as an automotive service technician
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Hyundai dealership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with Hyundai factory standards
• Accurately troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and driveability concerns
• Complete warranty and non-warranty repairs efficiently and correctly
• Document all work performed clearly and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform quality pictures and videos for multi-point inspections
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay current with Hyundai technical training, bulletins, and repair procedures
