About The Position

Mayo Clinic Health System's (MCHS) region is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to join their practice in Owatonna, MN. The role involves practicing with a team of 12 radiologists across four sites in southeast Minnesota. The practice is growing and includes incremental MRI (3T), mobile PET-CT, Mayo Clinic Rochester imaging protocols, IT resources, and physics support. This position offers opportunities for committee representation, academic appointments, and collaboration with radiologists nationwide. Group members function as general radiologists, read subspecialty exams, interpret breast imaging, and perform basic procedures like joint injections and breast biopsies. Radiologists read from a common list using an integrated EMR and PACS, unifying sites and distributing workload. This is a general radiology practice that includes breast imaging, allowing ample opportunity to maintain subspecialty skills across all modalities. Fellowship training is required, and the position offers daytime hours only, with all weeknights/overnights covered by a separate team. There are minimal call requirements, no procedural call, minimal to no travel, and a great work-life balance.

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist
• Subspecialty Radiology fellowship required
• ABR board eligible or board certification required
• Must be eligible to obtain a medical license in Minnesota and Wisconsin

Responsibilities
