About The Position
The Diagnostic Medical Sonography Lab Assistant is responsible for facilitating the lab component of the curriculum with the course lead faculty. This role involves responsibility for facilitating students' clinical lab education, assisting students in the lab environment, and coordinating with lead faculty in performance duties and answering student questions. The assistant will provide timely feedback to students on their progress, demonstrate effective techniques in the lab, and offer guidance and support to problem-solve and discuss student concerns.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- 2+ years of professional experience
- ARDMS Certified
Responsibilities
- Facilitation of the lab component of curriculum with the course lead faculty
- Responsibility for facilitating students' clinical lab education
- Assist students in the lab environment
