About The Position
MedQuest Associates, a partner of Novant Health, is seeking a Diagnostic Mammography Technologist Trainee. This role is for ARRT registered mammography technologists interested in training in diagnostic mammography and procedures. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a possibility of a 4x10 schedule. The facility is the Novant Health Breast Center in Charlotte, NC.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
- Certification in Mammography
- ARRT registered and Mammography registry
- Completed required CEU’s in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains active
- Active state licensure, where applicable
- 0 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist
- Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Continuing education in diagnostic mammography and related fields.
Responsibilities
- Must be an ARRT registered mammography technologist with a strong interest in training in diagnostic mammography.
