About The Position
This is a Locum Tenens position for a Diagnostic/Interventional Radiologist in Commerce Township, MI. The role involves both outpatient and inpatient settings, with coverage from January 1, 2027, ongoing. The shift schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered. Temporary privileges are available.
Requirements
- Board Certified (BC)
- Licensed in MI
- DEA required
- BLS certification
Responsibilities
- Perform vascular and non-vascular interventional radiology procedures including embolization, angiograms, thrombolysis, IVC filter placements/removals.
- Perform emergency IR procedures such as trauma embolization, nephrostomies, cholecystostomies, and abscess drainages.
- Interpret diagnostic radiology cases between procedures.
