About The Position
Winchester Hospital is seeking compassionate, skilled, and detail-oriented Diagnostic Imaging Technologists to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this vital role, you will perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures that support accurate diagnoses and exceptional patient outcomes in both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings. As a member of our imaging department, you will work alongside radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care. Opportunities Include: Radiology Technologists, CT Technologists & Vascular Technologists.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Diagnostic Imaging program.
- Current ARRT certification (or equivalent certification as required by modality).
- Current state licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of hospital-based imaging experience.
- Additional certifications in CT, MRI, Mammography, or other advanced modalities.
- Experience working in acute care and emergency department settings.
- Familiarity with PACS and EPIC.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare, position, and educate patients regarding imaging procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to support timely diagnosis and treatment.
