Diagnostic Imaging Assistant
About The Position
The Diagnostic Imaging Assistant will greet all patients coming into the Mammography department, assist with patient issues, and input patient information into the EPIC system with high accuracy. This role involves scheduling, checking in patients, verifying information, and making reminder phone calls to patients the day prior to their appointment. Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent
- CPR certification required
- 1-2 years of prior secretarial supervisory experience and medical terminology preferred
- Proficiency with word processing and computer skills required
- typing 25-35 wpm
