As a Diagnostic Imaging Representative, you will be a central figure providing crucial administrative and patient support for our Diagnostic Imaging department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every patient. You will play a vital role in coordinating access to essential imaging services and maintaining efficient department operations.Every day, you will expertly schedule and register patients for a wide range of imaging procedures, meticulously verify insurance information, and obtain pre-authorizations, ensuring comprehensive preparation for each visit. You will also provide clear and compassionate instructions to patients, manage incoming calls, liaison with ordering physicians, and accurately maintain patient records within our systems, all while upholding strict confidentiality and customer service standards.To be successful in this role, you will combine exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail in scheduling and documentation, and outstanding communication abilities to interact effectively with patients, providers, and colleagues.
