About The Position
PFM Auto & Fleet, a GreatWater Garage, is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Diagnostic Technician who enjoys solving complex vehicle issues, delivering high-quality repairs, and taking pride in accurate diagnostics and honest service. Requirements
- 5+ years Experienced A-Level Diagnostic Technician
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Pride in quality workmanship

- Willingness to mentor other technicians

- ALL 8 ASE certifications Preferred
- Advanced Electrical Troubleshooting Training

- ASE L1 Advanced Engine Performance preparation
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and engine performance issues
- Diagnose fuel, ignition, and drivability systems
- Diagnose and repair 4WD / AWD drivetrain systems
- Perform advanced steering, suspension, and brake system repairs
- Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and provide accurate recommendations
- Mentor and support less experienced technicians
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Maintain 90%+ labor productivity
- Serve as technical leaders within the shop
