POSITION SUMMARY: The primary function of this position is to analyze and optimize business processes that improve the customer experience. This position will collaborate primarily with customer service and technical support to understand business transactional process requirements and implement solutions to improve quality and delivery. This position will also require collaboration with many other areas of the business (e.g., operations, logistics, finance, supply chain, IT & business intelligence, sales operations, and commercial teams) to properly analyze process and data requirements both upstream and downstream before implementing solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of process‑improvement experience in a service or transactional environment
  • 3+ years working with ERP and CRM platforms.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and supporting solution testing/UAT.
  • Travel 10%
  • This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, solid business and management understanding, and proficiency with computer systems and software.
  • The ideal candidate brings a positive, cooperative attitude, strong customer‑facing soft skills, and the ability to work effectively across teams while also stepping into leadership when needed.
  • They must be results‑driven, influential, and capable of driving key initiatives.
