Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience required
  • A genuine love for pets and the people who care for them
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • A calm, kind, and professional approach to client concerns
  • Attention to detail and comfort with computers and scheduling systems
  • Reliability, accountability, and a team-first attitude
  • The ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude
  • A desire to help clients feel supported and confident in their pet’s care

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones and assist clients with scheduling appointments
  • Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately
  • Manage client communications with care and attention to detail
  • Review invoices and collect payments
  • Help clients understand hospital policies, services, and follow-up care instructions
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Support the medical team by helping keep daily workflows organized
  • Handle busy situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism
  • Create positive first and last impressions for every client visit
