Requirements

Prior customer service experience required
A genuine love for pets and the people who care for them
Strong customer service and communication skills
The ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
A calm, kind, and professional approach to client concerns
Attention to detail and comfort with computers and scheduling systems
Reliability, accountability, and a team-first attitude
The ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude
A desire to help clients feel supported and confident in their pet’s care

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones and assist clients with scheduling appointments
Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately
Manage client communications with care and attention to detail
Review invoices and collect payments
Help clients understand hospital policies, services, and follow-up care instructions
Maintain accurate client and patient records
Support the medical team by helping keep daily workflows organized
Handle busy situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism
Create positive first and last impressions for every client visit
