Clean and Cap Operator- 1st Shift
About The Position
This role is responsible for tagging molds properly, de-hooking, grinding, dewaxing, flash firing, and programming fire molds. The operator will ensure the floor area is supplied with product on time, run sensitive equipment, and lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly. The position requires providing quality product by following all O.I. instructions and PES requirements, assisting and supporting the 6S program, and being a team player to meet production goals. The job involves normal initiative and ingenuity, lifting/moving 20-30 pounds up to 4 times per hour, and responsibility for oneself, ensuring parts meet quality standards and safety rules are followed. The role requires willingness to work daily and weekend overtime as necessary. The working conditions are good but can be extremely hot, dusty, and physically and mentally demanding.
Requirements
- High school education
- Three months OJT training
