About The Position

The Executive Director, DevSecOps & Engineering Platform Tools leads the strategy, engineering, modernization, and operation of enterprise platforms that support the software development lifecycle. The role brings engineering tools, delivery pipelines, and self-service automation together into a cohesive platform ecosystem to improve developer experience, strengthen software supply chain controls, and advance Continuous Delivery. It combines strategic direction with technical leadership and operational accountability to ensure platforms are secure, resilient, cost-effective, and easy for engineering teams to adopt. The leader builds strong engineering teams, establishes clear service ownership, and works across application engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and risk to translate enterprise priorities into reliable, reusable capabilities. The role owns engineering platform services and delivery enablement, partnering with—but not replacing—application delivery ownership, enterprise testing strategy, cybersecurity policy ownership, and infrastructure platform engineering. Detailed tool ownership and organizational boundaries are to be finalized in the role charter. DTCC's Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions supporting the global capital markets. The position follows DTCC's flexible/hybrid model, with three days onsite and two days remote; onsite days include Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a third day specific to the team or employee. The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level across US locations, with actual compensation determined by role, location, experience, skills, and other considerations.
