About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking DevSecOps Agile Leaders (Experienced and Senior) to join a proprietary Air Dominance program in Berkeley, MO. This position will support the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization. The primary focus is to ensure the successful integration of various software products into a consistent DevSecOps framework. These roles will define metrics, agile processes, improvement opportunities, and serve as scrum masters within the organization.

Requirements

Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience working in an engineering, engineering technology, or related technical discipline
3+ years of experience managing and/or leading a team either formally or informally, with the ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
Experience leading an Agile team using Agile methodologies
Experience with DevSecOps
U.S. Citizenship Required

Responsibilities

Collaborate with solution manager to define agile processes for DevSecOps teams
Facilitate agile coaching, training, and metrics development
Serve as a scrum master to remove blockers, ensure team alignment, status the team’s work, and provide Jira automation to improve processes
Seek continuous improvement and hold teams accountable for meeting deliverables
Drive agile execution across DevSecOps teams
Mentor teams on agile best practices
Work with internal and external customers to remove blockers and support efficient development of their products
