About The Position

Seeking Experienced DevOps Engineers for Exciting Projects Remote in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. We are looking for skilled DevOps Engineers with 1-2 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading organization. This role involves designing, building, and operating automated platforms that enable reliable, secure, and scalable delivery of the MX platform across SaaS, cloud, and on-premise environments.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps.
Advanced usage of Git.
FreeMarker (FTL) template engine.
Shell, Python, and Groovy scripting.
Linux/Unix operating systems.
RDBMS databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines in complex environments.
Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
Exposure to SaaS and distributed architectures.
1-2 years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD.
Advanced English skills.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work under pressure in production environments.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Team-oriented with a strong collaboration mindset.
Proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent communication, empathy, commitment, and leadership.

Nice To Haves

AWS preferred, with Azure/GCP as a plus.
Hands-on experience in production or client-facing environments is preferred.
