About The Position

Curinos is seeking a DevOps Engineer to work collaboratively with our Engineering, Platform, Development, IT, and Operations teams. In this role, you will enhance our build and release infrastructure, automate internal promotion processes, optimize containerized and highly available environments, and strengthen system monitoring and observability. You will play a key part in executing our DevOps roadmap and ensuring the reliability of our platforms. This is a full-time role working closely with other DevOps engineers and IT resources to support and advance our DevOps ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of DevOps experience in a production environment
  • 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience designing and maintaining cloud solutions
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Groovy, and shell scripting
  • Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD, FluxCD, or Harness
  • Extensive experience using Jenkins to develop automated pipelines
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, Auto Scaling Groups, Lambda, and others
  • Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, and configuration management tools
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch
  • Experience maintaining and developing Helm charts
  • Experience with orchestration and pipeline-scheduling tools (e.g., Apache Airflow)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Intellectual curiosity, innovation, and strong problem-solving abilities —both independently and within teams
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, enhance, and optimize both on-premises and AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Assist in designing and deploying secure, compliant, and highly available infrastructure solutions
  • Create and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and Helm
  • Implement and improve system monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering and operations to deliver projects and initiatives
  • Partner with DevOps and Solution Architects to design scalable solutions to business challenges
  • Troubleshoot and drive resolution of software, infrastructure, and platform issues
